Course: Scholarships are only available to master’s and PhD-level students. However, bachelor’s degree students wishing to study Danish language and literature can also apply if they have studied the Danish language for two years.

Eligible Students: Female students of African origin living in Africa, less than 32 years, have gained Undergraduate admission to a University or College in Africa and studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) related degree course.
Course: Scholarship is available for pursuing undergraduate degree level at university or college in Africa.
Award Details: Scholarship recipients receive an award of $500 for the 2016 academic year, or the equivalent in their country’s local currency.

Award Details: Each Fellow will receive the amount of sixteen thousand euros. This will cover the costs of his/her stay in Rome and his/her travel expenses.

Call for Applications: CARTA PhD Fellowships for Egyptians in Africa
Scholarship Provider: The Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa (CARTA)
Eligible Students: Applicants for this program must be teaching or research staff at one of the participating African institutions and should be committed to contributing towards building capacity at their institutions.
Award Details: The Fellowship includes the cost of fellows’ participation in the advanced seminars; a modest monthly stipend; small grants for research activities; a laptop loaded with relevant software; funds for travel to conferences, as well as costs for participating in joint program activities

DAAD Scholarships for Egyptian Students

Eligible Students: Age limit: No age limit. But the last academic degree should normally not be more than six years old.

Award Details: The DAAD pays a monthly scholarship installment, currently set at EUR 750.00.

Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Egyptians
Scholarship Provider: Swiss Government, through the Federal Commission
Eligible Students: Applicant should have equivalent university degree recognized by the Swiss University.
Course: Scholarships are available for pursuing PhD, postdoctoral and research programs and fine arts scholarships are for the Master program (according to the ECTS credits).
Award Details: PhD Scholarship and Research scholarship amounts to a monthly payment of 1920 Swiss Francs. Postdoctoral scholarship amounts to a monthly payment of 3500 Swiss Francs Exemption of the tuition fees (except for EPFL).

Czech Republic Government Scholarships for Egyptians

Eligible Students: The scholarships are intended solely to promote the studies of adults who are foreign nationals from developing third countries in need.

Award Details: The scholarship covers the necessary costs related to staying and studying in the CR.

MMMF Grant for Women of Developing Countries  for Egyptians in Latin America

Eligible Students: The women applicants to the MMMF grant must  have the nationality of any country in the Eligibility List MMMF and be registered in an accredited academic institution at the time of application and plan to be registered or be a regular student for a full academic at the time of receipt of the grant year.
Course: Grants are available for students who are enrolled in any of the following universities: Austral University (Argentina); Iberoamericana University (Mexico); University Cat or lic of Peru (Peru); National University (Colombia); University Rafael Landivar (Guatemala) and FLACSO.
Award Details: An MMMF grant covers only a portion of the total costs for an academic year.

Course: Grants are available for postdoctoral faculty members and arts management professionals to conduct research at American institutions.

African Postgraduate Scholarships for Egyptians  at Edinburgh Napier University
Scholarship Provider: Edinburgh Napier University, UK
Eligible Students: Students who are domiciled in Africa at the time of application and are self-funding their course are eligible for a merit based scholarships.
Course: Scholarships are available for pursuing full time postgraduate programme.
Award Details: Merit based scholarships of between GBP £1000 – £3000 for entry onto a full time postgraduate programme in September 2015 and January 2016.

ANESI’s Visiting Fellowship for  Egyptian Women Geoscientists
Scholarship Provider: Earth Science Education Initiative in Africa, UNESCO
Eligible Students: The Visiting Fellowship for Outstanding Women Geoscientists is one of the core capacity building activities with the objective to improve the involvement of women in post-graduate studies.
Course: This is two months visiting fellowships programme.
Award Details: A maximum grant of 2500 USD/fellow will cover the travel and subsistence costs.

AUC Empower Scholarship for Egyptian Students
Scholarship Provider: The American University in Cairo (AUC)
Eligible Students: Public or private national high school graduate (of governorates of Minya, Beni Suef or or or Assiut, Sohag and Fayoum) with demonstrated financial need
Course: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate degree at AUC.
Award Details: AUC will provide full tuition and partial scholarships. Total funding is intended to grant comprehensive tuition fees, textbooks, health insurance, and accommodation at the American University in Cairo, and university activities.

Estonian School of Diplomacy Training Scholarship Program for Egyptians
Scholarship Provider: Estonian School of Diplomacy and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Eligible Students: The person applying for the scholarship is currently employed by the foreign or civil service of the above listed countries and territories, and has been employed there at least one year.
Course: Scholarships are available for nine-month training program at Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn.
Award Details: Scholarship covers tuition fee; monthly allowance (450 EUR) and accommodation in Tallinn (incl. utilities and internet connection)
