There are lots of scholarships available exclusively for the Egyptian students. Egypt Merit Postgraduate Scholarships for Egyptians  at University of Sheffield

Eligible Students: To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must be self-funding and classed as ‘Overseas’ for fee purposes.
Course: Scholarships are available for students to pursue masters degree program.
Award Details: The scholarship is worth 50% of the Postgraduate yearly tuition fee per year. The scholarships will take the form of a fee reduction.

Danish Government Long-Term Scholarships for Egyptian Students

Eligible Students: Scholarships are aimed at highly qualified exchange students wishing to immerse themselves in studies of the Danish language and culture or other fields of study related to Denmark.
Course: Scholarships are only available to master’s and PhD-level students. However, bachelor’s degree students wishing to study Danish language and literature can also apply if they have studied the Danish language for two years.
Award Details: Scholarships include free tuition and a monthly stipend of DKK 6,500. Danish Government Scholarships of DKK 6,500 must be used to cover travel, visa, accomodation, food, and other living expenses.

Hungarian Government Scholarship Programme for Egyptians

Short-Term Scholarships for Egyptian Students in Germany, 2017

MO Ibrahim Foundation Leadership Fellowship Program for Egyptians

Eligible Students: The Fellowship is for young professionals, mid-career and new executives. To apply for this position, student  need to be national of one of AfDB member countries.
Course: This one year fellowship programme is available for young professionals, mid-career and new executives.
Award Details: The Foundation will finance the costs associated with the position on the following terms: the fellow will receive an annual stipend monthly paid by the Bank out of the funds provided by Foundation funds.

Eligible Students: Applicant must be a scientist, teacher or a research scholar affiliated to a scientific or academic institution in a developing country in Asia (other than India), Africa, Latin America and Arab region.
Course Level: Fellowships are available to undertake research studies (short-term, participatory research) in India.
Award Details: The Fellowship covers return airfare from place of work in their home country to place of work in India, boarding and lodging at the affiliated institution/s, and an adequate allowance in Indian currency to cover incidental expenses.

Netherlands Fellowship Programme for Egyptian Students

Eligible Students: The NFP is meant for professionals who are nationals of and work and live in one of the 51 NFP countries. The countries have been classified into two categories (I and II). Category I countries are priority countries and will receive more fellowships.

Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Egyptians

Award Details: PhD Scholarship and Research scholarship amounts to a monthly payment of 1920 Swiss Francs. Postdoctoral scholarship amounts to a monthly payment of 3500 Swiss Francs Exemption of the tuition fees (except for EPFL).
